Al-Kīmiyā acknowledges that the land we occupy is the traditional land of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples, where sovereignty was never ceded, and we would like to pay our respects to elders past, present, and emerging. We further acknowledge our privilege of seeking and obtaining pleasure upon the land which holds a history of trauma and oppression for First Nations Peoples.
